Dickson County, Tennessee
We haul off what you don't want and keep your property cut and clean. Every junk quote is priced by the load with landfill disposal already included, so the number we give you at the driveway is the number on the invoice.
Services
Two service lines, one crew, one phone number. We run a Toyota Tacoma with a 5x10 trailer for hauling, and a 60 inch Toro zero-turn alongside a push mower for lawn work.
We load everything by hand, clear the area before we leave, and transport the load to the Dickson County Landfill.
The zero-turn and the push mower run at the same time, so a two-person crew covers a property faster than one operator working alone.
How it works
Call or text a photo of what needs to go. A picture is usually enough for us to price small and mid-size jobs.
We return a flat price the same day. Larger or unclear jobs get a free on-site walkthrough first.
We schedule around you and confirm the window ahead of time. Short-notice work is often possible.
Our crew loads, hauls and cleans up. You pay the quoted price once the work is finished.
Pricing
We don't publish a rate card, because load sizes vary too widely for a posted number to be accurate for most jobs. Every quote is flat, free and given up front. Here is exactly what it covers.
Mowing is quoted per visit based on lot size and conditions. Properties on a weekly or biweekly schedule are billed at a lower per-visit rate than one-time or monthly service.
How we work
The figure we give you before we start is what you pay when we finish. Nothing gets added after the fact.
No call center and no dispatch queue. The number on this page reaches the owner directly, before and after the job.
You get a confirmed window and a call if anything changes. Weather delays get rescheduled, not ignored.
Loading is only part of the job. We clear the area before we pull out of the driveway.
If a job falls outside what we do or what the landfill accepts, we say so up front and point you toward someone who handles it.
Anything that would change your price, such as tire disposal fees, gets explained before the work starts.
Before you call
The landfill prohibits some materials outright, and others fall outside what we're equipped to handle. Knowing in advance saves everyone a wasted trip.
We also don't perform tree removal, stump grinding or any work requiring a bucket truck. If that's what your property needs, call a licensed tree service.
Service area
We operate out of Charlotte and travel roughly 45 minutes in any direction. If your property sits near the edge of that range, call and we'll tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense.
Realtors and property managers: we handle listing cleanouts and vacant property mowing on short notice, and we're glad to set up a standing arrangement so you aren't sourcing a crew every time a property turns over.
Common questions
Senecal Junk Removal & Lawn Care prices junk removal by the load rather than by the hour or by the item. A single-item pickup costs less than a half trailer, and a half trailer costs less than a full one. Because load sizes vary so much, we quote each job individually and the quote is free. Landfill disposal is included in every price we give.
No. The Dickson County Landfill disposal fee is built into the quoted price. There are no fuel surcharges, per-item fees or hourly charges either. The only cost that ever gets quoted separately is tire disposal, because the landfill charges per tire, and we tell you that amount before the job starts.
We serve Dickson County and the western edge of Nashville, working out of Charlotte, Tennessee. That includes Dickson, White Bluff, Burns, Vanleer, Cumberland Furnace, Slayden, Tennessee City, Bon Aqua, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Fairview, Ashland City, Bellevue and West Meade. Our range is roughly 45 minutes from Charlotte.
Quotes come back the same day in most cases, and short-notice pickups are often possible within the same week. Call or text 629-256-8919 and we'll tell you honestly what our schedule looks like.
Not necessarily. If the items are accessible from outside and you've confirmed the price with us beforehand, we can complete many jobs without you present. This is common for rental turnovers and vacant listings.
Yes. Mattresses, box springs, refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters, couches and exercise equipment are all routine for us. What we can't take are hazardous materials, including wet paint, motor oil, antifreeze, fuel cans, pesticides, propane tanks, ammunition, fireworks, asbestos and medical waste.
Both. We take one-time cuts and overgrown lot knockdowns as well as weekly, biweekly and monthly recurring service. Properties on a weekly or biweekly schedule are billed at a lower per-visit rate than one-time or monthly customers.
Yes. Listing cleanouts and vacant property mowing on short notice are a regular part of what we do, and we can set up a standing arrangement so you aren't sourcing a crew each time a property turns over.
Texting a photo of the job is the fastest way to a price. We answer the phone Monday through Saturday, 7 to 6.
